This week, the American Red Cross successfully conducted a first aid and safety training session at Bergstrom Houston facility, with over 20 colleagues participating and earning their first aid certifications! The energy was contagious as teams mastered:

- Hands-on CPR training under professional instructor guidance  

- AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation drills (every second counts!)  

- Real-life emergency scenario simulations to test response capabilities  

The most inspiring part? Our team can now confidently handle emergencies both in the workplace and the community! This is true workplace empowerment!
