Recently, the "APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning 3rd edition)" application training course organized by the HR Department was successfully concluded. Mr. Fan, a senior quality management system expert from Suzhou A-LAB Enterprise Management Co. Ltd., conducted a two-day training course for us. Employees from Project Management, R&D, Procurement, and Quality Management actively signed up to participate.

The training was held in two sessions from March 7 to 8 and March 21 to 22. Mr. Fan explored the five core stages of APQP "Planning, Product design and development, Process design and development, Product confirmation, Feedback review and error correction" through vivid explanations and sharing of the forefront of the market. And explored with students the new paths for product quality improvement, leading to a new height of quality management.

 

Through two days of detailed explanation and enthusiastic group discussion, we gained a lot. We not only learned the theoretical knowledge of APQP but also had a deeper understanding of its application in product development, production process control, continuous improvement, etc., providing valuable experience and inspiration for future practical operations.
