Recently Japanese customer Hitachi sent senior engineering team from Japan to Bergstrom China to audit new products manufacturing process before mass production. 

Hitachi team strictly followed the COVID quarantine rules of China and completed their tasks in an orderly manner.

We were impressed by Hitachi team’s rigorous working attitude and the pursuit of high standards. Bergstrom China team demonstrated profession expertise and responsiveness, which have won customer recognition and appraisal, and passed the factory audit successfully.
