•	2010 Bergstrom acquired Modine Manufacturing Company’s vehicular HVAC products business in North America.

•	2000 Bergstrom acquired Kysor-Westran and began producing HVAC for Mack Truck.
•	1998 Bergstrom China was established in Changzhou, China.
•	1997 Bergstrom began assembling cabs for Caterpillar.
