Mr. Bai pointed out that in a team, some people create value, some create profits, and some create "tomorrow." It is these “tomorrow-creating” people who broke barriers to the most cutting-edge technologies, gnawed holes in the hardest "bones", and made the most important breakthrough, making the next steps (production, sales, and service) possible and easier. With their contribution, the production, sales and service departments can then “cut paths through the mountains and build bridges across the rivers”.

The idea behind the “Bone-Gnawing Award” is to encourage everyone to innovate and overcome difficulties actively, so as to promote innovation and self-breakthroughs in all aspects of engineering, project, quality, process and sales and to make every team member benefit from the achievements.
